Back in 2012, it was awarded as one of the Trendiest Hotels in Egypt for its unique and sustainable design. That's not it, to fight the rough waves of the open sea, we invented and constructed a "one of a kind" marine jetty with a dynamic ramp at the end.

Avant Projet
For this particular project, we had to go through various compliance measures to make sure our work followed stringent industry standards. This commercial building will be located at the main road at El-Mokattam, St.9. Having cafes, restaurants at the ground floor and administrative offices at the upper floors, this project will be the first of its kind at El-Hadaba El-Olya.
